Refund and Returns Policy – Updated & In Effect 2/23/2017
At Anchor Health Pharmacy, we work hard to minimize the need for refunds, returns, or cancellations. While we are committed to delivering quality medicines and a smooth shopping experience, we understand that unexpected situations can occur. This policy explains how we handle such cases.
Order Cancellations
You may request an order cancellation in the following circumstances:
Duplicate orders placed
Non-receipt of payment or declined transactions
Item(s) not in stock at the time of processing, which happens in a rarest case.
Customer-requested cancellation before shipment within 24 hours of placing an order.
Please note: Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Deliveries
If your package arrives damaged or the contents are incorrect, we will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund, provided enough proof with pictures etc.
If part of your order is missing, you will only be charged for the items successfully delivered, and any extra payment will be refunded, provided enough proof with pictures and details.
Delivery Delays
Local and International shipments may occasionally face delays due to customs or courier issues. If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, please contact us so we can assist with tracking, reshipment, or refund.
Quality Concerns
If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the product you receive, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will be happy to offer either a replacement or a refund.
Requests made beyond this time frame cannot be processed.
Conditions for Returns or Refunds
Products must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition.
Any tampering, opened packages, or alterations may make the product ineligible for return or refund.
Refund Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved, please allow a reasonable time for the amount to reflect in your account. Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
