At Anchor Health Pharmacy, your safety and well-being are our highest priority. In compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices, certain prescription medications require a valid prescription from a licensed healthcare provider.

Please review our prescription policy carefully before placing an order:

1. Prescription Requirement

  • For some medications, we may request a valid prescription and those medications will only be shipped once we receive a valid prescription from a licensed doctor.
  • The prescription must be written in English, clearly signed, and dated by your physician.
  • If a valid prescription is not provided, we cannot process or ship the order.

2. Submitting Your Prescription

You may send us your prescription through any of the following convenient methods:

  • Email: Send a scanned copy or clear photo to: [email protected]
  • Upload: Upload your prescription directly to your account after checkout.

Please ensure your full name and order number are clearly mentioned on the prescription copy.

3. Timeline

  • You have 10 business days from the date of purchase to submit your prescription.
  • Orders without a valid prescription after 10 business days will be automatically cancelled and refunded.

4. Consultation Assistance

  • If you do not currently have a prescription, we encourage you to consult your local doctor before ordering.
  • For select cases, our medical review team may assist you in consulting with our professional panel doctor’s consultancy, where you will need to provide your medical records and answer doctor’s questionnaire to be prescribed, ensuring your safe use of the medication. The order will be shipped only if the doctors panel approve.
