Is a prescription necessary to place an order?

Yes. A valid prescription from a licensed physician is required for all prescription medications, just like at your local pharmacy. You can upload or email your prescription to us, making sure to include your order number for reference.

Is there a limit to how much I can buy?

Yes. We allow a maximum purchase of a 3-month supply of each prescribed medication. If your prescription is written for more than a 3-month supply, we’ll fulfill refills as they become due.

Is there a maximum discount amount when using a coupon?

Yes, the highest discount available through coupon codes is $200 USD per order.

What if I find a cheaper price at another pharmacy?

AHP offers a 125% price match guarantee. If you find a lower price at another licensed mail-order pharmacy, we’ll not only match it—we’ll beat it by 25% of the difference.
Example: If another pharmacy sells a medication for $40 and our price is $50, we’ll give you a discount of $12.50, bringing your price to $37.50.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are typically processed within 5 business days. After shipping, delivery can take anywhere from 7 to 20 business days.

Is sales tax applied to my order?

No sales tax is charged on any orders.

How is my personal information handled?

Why do the pills or packaging look different from my local pharmacy?

Some medications may appear different when sourced from international pharmacies due to variations in packaging or pill design. However, rest assured that they contain the exact same active ingredients and are equally effective. Also, packaging may list measurements in metric units, which are equivalent to U.S. standards.

Can the country where a drug is supplied/shipped be different from the country that the drug is manufactured?

Yes, in many cases it can be. Not all drugs sold in retail US and Canadian pharmacies are made in the USA or Canada. Many generics that American and Canadian retail pharmacies sell may be sourced from India, the European Union and other countries as well. Even for many brand name drugs, while the manufacturer of the drug may be an American or European company, for a variety of reasons, the drug itself may be manufactured outside of the USA or Europe.Please note, even though the drug may be manufactured outside of North America, it will contain the exact same active ingredients, dosage, intended use, risks, safety and strength as those drugs made locally.
