How to Order
Ordering from Anchor Health Pharmacy is simple, secure, and guided by patient safety. Some products require a valid prescription, while many over-the-counter (OTC) items do not. If documentation is needed for your order, we’ll let you know – right on the checkout page or during the verification call.
1) Sign Up / Log In
Create an account or log in to:
- Save your shipping details and order history
- Track orders and receive updates
- Speed up future checkouts
Please ensure your full name, date of birth, and contact information are accurate. This helps with safe dispensing and delivery updates.
2) Find Your Medication
On our homepage, search by condition, product name, or active ingredient, or browse by category. On each product page, you’ll see:
- Strengths & pack sizes available
- Usage information and important notes
If a prescription is required: You’ll be prompted to upload it securely after checkout, or you can email/fax it to us. Prescriptions must be written in English and issued by a licensed prescriber. Always follow your healthcare provider’s directions.
3) Add to Cart & Submit Order
Select your strength and pack size, then Add to Cart. From the cart, review your items and proceed to checkout to:
- Confirm your shipping address and choose a delivery option
- Provide payment details via our safe, secure and SSL certified checkout
- Upload your prescription (if prompted), or choose to provide it by email after placing the order
Once submitted, your order enters our Safety & Verification Review. This may include:
- Confirming your order details by Call/SMS/Email
- Verifying prescriptions or requesting clarifications when needed
- Checking for potential interactions if you’ve shared allergy or therapy information
If we need additional information to proceed, we’ll contact you. Orders that require a prescription must be supported by valid documentation when asked during the verification call, within 15 business days (otherwise, the order will be cancelled and refunded).
4) Verify, Track & Receive Delivery
After verification, we’ll confirm your order and prepare it for dispatch.
- Order Confirmation: We’ll call to verify key details. This verification process is a scam/fraud prevention mechanism. If we can’t reach you, we’ll follow up via SMS and email – please expect and respond so we can proceed.
- Tracking: Within 48 hours of confirmation, we’ll email your tracking number and estimated delivery date, along with your order number.
- Delivery: Your parcel is packed discreetly and shipped according to the shipping option you selected at checkout. Please inspect packaging upon arrival.
Important Notes for Your Safety
- OTC vs Prescription: Many products are available without a prescription. Where a prescription is required by law or by our partnered pharmacists for safe dispensing, we’ll mention over the verification call and request it.
- No Restricted Substances: We do not dispense narcotics or any restricted substances.
- Authenticity & Quality: We supply FDA-approved or WHO-GMP–standard medicines from licensed manufacturers and distributors. Lot and expiry are tracked for every shipment.
